Gregory Siff

Based in Los Angeles

Gregory Siff is an American artist celebrated for his highly emotive visual language that merges abstraction, pop, and action painting. Working with inks, oils, and acrylic, Siff creates iconic, storyboard-like compositions that capture moments of time, memory, and nostalgia.

His work has been featured in MoMA PS1’s Rockaway! and in Vans’ “Custom Culture” program, with his hand-painted sneakers exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Siff’s practice also extends into fashion, including a collaboration with Saint Laurent for its F/W 2017/2018 Collection.

In partnership with Pyer Moss, Siff painted live on the runway—an iconic moment now preserved in the archives of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
